This page explains in short what information the rentmama Landlord Android app handles, why, and how you can ask us to delete it. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. rentmama is operated by Renny Punnen George as a sole proprietorship. The app is developed and published for rentmama by Fresso Labs LLP, its technology partner.
1. Information the app collects
The app handles the following information:

A landlord's email and phone number are required. Tenant email and phone number are optional.
2. Information the app does not collect
The app does not collect:
- your precise or approximate location;
- photos, videos or audio;
- your contacts, calendar, messages or SMS;
- health, fitness or biometric information;
- web or search history; or
- advertising identifiers, and it does not show ads.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing.
We use service providers to run the app and website, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, an email provider that delivers sign-in codes, and Fresso Labs LLP, our technology partner, which develops, publishes and maintains the app. They handle information only to provide these services for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
4. Security
We use the following measures to protect information:
- encryption of information in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
- sign-in with a one-time code sent to your email;
- access rules so that each landlord can see only their own data; and
- limited access to information within our team.
No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
5. Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and personal information:
- in the app: More → Settings → Delete account;
- on our website: https://www.rentmama.in/delete-account; or
- by email to support@rentmama.in.
Your account is paused when you ask, and it is permanently deleted 30 days after we verify your request (in the app, your sign-in is the verification, so the 30 days start straight away). You can cancel the request before then. Some records, such as tenant and rent-payment records without your personal details, are kept for as long as applicable Indian tax and accounting law requires. rentmama does not collect or hold rent money. Tenants pay landlords directly, and the app only stores payment records that landlords enter.
6. Children
The app is for people aged 18 or older and is not designed for children.
